I have been working with personal computers since
1980. I have experience in both a business setting and personal use. I have been responsible for purchasing, setting up PC systems, installing operating systems and software programs and troubleshooting computer problems. I have provided extensive training and support on these systems. I am experienced in word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, graphics, PC Utilities, communications, scanning, digital cameras, internet and Email programs, creative projects, newsletters, mass mailing, mail labels and the use of many smaller specialty programs that can be purchased or found on the internet... I have experience installing wired and wireless home networking systems for multiple computers. I have extensive
experience working with Older Adults. I work with many beginners as well
as experienced computer users on special projects as needed. |
